RJCF Alberta Wildfires Appeal Results: $48,000 Impact!

It has been weeks since wildfires closed in on Jasper, forcing thousands to flee, some with little more than the clothes on their backs. Sadly, the Town of Jasper has confirmed that 30% of structures have been destroyed. (shared by the Canadian Red Cross)

Thank you to all of our Raymond James Ltd colleagues for your generous support! Because of the incredible generosity of our associates and matching provided by the RJCF we raised $48,000 in support of the Canadian Red Cross! With the additional match from the Government of Canada and the Government of Alberta, $1 donated will provide $6 of aid to those impacted by the wildfires in Jasper, resulting in a total impact of $144,000!

“Your incredible generosity and compassionate support for the Alberta Wildfires Appeal truly highlights the strength of our community. We deeply appreciate everyone who donated” shares Jamie Coulter, CEO, Raymond James Ltd. “Thank you for your contributions, and for making a significant impact during this critical time.”
