Erin thrives on new challenges and a fast-paced, stimulating environment. But she wants to organize it first! From her professional beginnings as a legal assistant and her work with a financial planning firm, Erin has developed a systematic, disciplined approach to investment strategy and portfolio management. Her drive and determination have led to increasingly responsible positions, and she is known for pushing outside her comfort zone to learn and develop her skills and abilities.

Erin Seibel has attained the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation, one of the highest accreditations in the investment industry in Canada and has been registered with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) since 2001.

Since 2017, Erin has assisted our clients to find and implement solutions that address their objectives, and even fears. She brings her extensive experience, skills and knowledge gained with Canada’s national bank owned brokerage firms to her financial advisory role with Sophia. From stock and bond trading to transactional business to portfolio management and investment policy development, her acumen and attention to detail are legendary.

Erin loves to watch mystery movies (and to guess who ‘done it’ before her husband). She enjoys exploring new trails, hiking and snowshoeing with her “very cute” dog, Hudson. She takes on leadership roles in the community that utilize her communication, education and organizational skills and participates in the Parkinson SuperWalk in honour of her father.

Her most rewarding days are when she has helped a client to find the best solutions for them and hears that she has made a difference.
