rachel-lewis-evening-of-peace

The days are shorter. The rain beats harder. It is often difficult to keep the light shining within us. During this quiet, reflective evening, we will practice guided mindfulness exercises and short periods of silence and stillness. In an atmosphere designed to slow down our frenzied activity and settle our nervous systems, we give our body and mind an opportunity to reset in a healthy, harmonious way. These practices of self-soothing will help us establish a connection to the peace that is always within and their resilience to withstand challenges.

In this dynamic and experiential workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Bring together vision (mind), passion (heart) and life-force (body)

Now it is time to practice what we discovered and move forward in our financial, personal and spiritual lives.

In this inspiring and motivating session, Tracy will share what she has learned about the following topics:

  • Leading from the Heart

GOAL SETTING: FACT AND FICTION

Wednesday, September 15, 2021 – 6:00pm – 7:15pm

The world is intent on telling us that success hinges on our ability to set goals and achieve them. Annual employee reviews revolve around them. We raise our kids to strive for them. Our fitness programs are built on them. However, research and life experience paint a different picture. What is the role of goal setting versus “taking life as it comes” or setting intentions? In this dynamic workshop, the pros and cons of being goal-driven will be discussed as well as different kinds of goals and their outcomes. Because when all is said and done, not all goals are created equal.

During this presentation, these are some questions we’ll explore:

  • What makes a solid goal?
  • How can goals help and hurt you?
  • Does motivation solve everything?
  • What is a powerful alternative to setting a goal?

TAUGHT BY: IRENE NIZZERO, MA, PCC – EXECUTIVE AND PERSONAL COACH
