Community Involvement

The Raymond James Canada Foundation (the Foundation) was established in September 2012 in response to the charitable and community support work already being done by Raymond James employees and associates. We felt a need to provide a more formalized process to help our people leverage the power of Raymond James to support their efforts. Its intention has always been to serve as a catalyst to foster, support and encourage Raymond James associates to give back into their communities and help those most in need. Since commencing operations, the Foundation has facilitated grants of more than $11.2 Million to over 2,000 charities.

“I'm very proud of the people of Raymond James and how we give back to our communities. And through the services of the Raymond James Canada Foundation we can also help our clients to turn their charitable giving into strategic philanthropy. We are very excited to be able to help Canadians in this way,”
says Paul Allison, Executive Chairman, Raymond James Ltd.

The Foundation website also highlights the generosity and good work being done by the employees and associates of Raymond James in the Community in Action and News sections which will also be promoted via the Foundation’s social media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
