For Yvonne, the relationships are just as important as the numbers. She genuinely enjoys hearing stories about clients and their children, grandchildren, pets, vacations, hobbies, and everyday adventures—and feels honoured when clients trust her enough to share both their happiest moments and their more difficult ones. She believes wealth management is about far more than portfolios; it is about people, connection, and helping clients feel supported every step of the way.

Yvonne values the close-knit culture at Cap Wealth Management, where strong camaraderie, open communication, and the ability to be candid with one another create a supportive and collaborative environment. There is a lot of hard work and plenty of laughs along the way—because sometimes a good sense of humour is just as important as a good financial plan. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, 20 of those alongside Franco and Cap Wealth Management, Yvonne brings calm confidence to her role as part Relationship Manager, part Practice Integrator, and part professional problem-solver. Her ability to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day operations helps keep Cap Wealth Management running smoothly and the team moving forward. Outside of the office, Yvonne trades her laptop for the great outdoors or for time at home in her garden, with mixed but enthusiastic results. She keeps very busy with her family and a lively crew of cats and dogs who make sure life is never too quiet. She also has a curious spirit and is often taking courses, learning new skills, and finding new things to explore.
