Sponsoring the Christmas Tree in Fort Langley is an annual highlight for Franco Papalia, Founder of Cap Wealth Management. Every year he looks forward to personally decorating the tree for the community of Fort Langley and visitors from all over Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
