Franco focuses on working with clients to create long term personalized financial plans in addition to overseeing investment portfolio design. This means listening closely to each client’s goals, developing smart innovative strategies for those goals, and then doing exactly what he said he would do.

Franco is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Portfolio Manager, and has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years serving successful investors, professionals, business owners, executives and their families. He also has a passion for single parent families and widows, ensuring they discover and achieve their best financial outcomes. As a young man, Franco spent the first 10 years of his career as a Floor Trader on the Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE) and has been with Raymond James for over 20 years.

In his free time, Franco enjoys cycling, skiing, and the occasional game of golf, and has recently taken up fly fishing. Franco has a passion for helping others today, to produce profound change in our world tomorrow. He is a mentor in Trinity Western University’s (TWU) student mentor program and provides an annual bursary to select students in the Business program. Born and raised in Vancouver, Franco has been happily married to Karen for over 30 years. Their three sons, Zak, Josh and Sam, are young adults who live in Vancouver.
