Karen, Franco’s wife of over 40 years, oversees office services for Cap Wealth Management, with specific oversight of payroll, accounts payable, and the business finances. Her artistic flair also makes her a valued member of the marketing team.
Karen has 11 years of direct experience in the financial services industry. Her previous roles include being a team member of a U.S. Trade Desk and serving as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Branch Manager of a major investment firm. She also owned and operated a business services firm specializing in assisting public companies with listing on U.S. stock exchanges. She returned to the industry after taking time off to raise their three sons, Zachry, Joshua, and Samuel.
When she is not taking care of Cap Wealth Management’s finances, Karen enjoys travelling, skiing, creating art, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
