Hayley joined the Werner Mayburry Wealth Management Team after she graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of Victoria in April 2021. She originally connected with Dee-Ann through the UVic Executive Mentorship program, and since joining the team, she has completed her licensing with the Canadian Securities Institute and is now a licensed Registered Representative working as an Associate Wealth Advisor.

Hayley has had exposure to financial markets throughout her academic career through completing co-ops with the Ministry of Finance, and in different positions in Investment Management with one of Canada’s largest pension funds. She also spent a year as a Student Portfolio Manager for UVic’s Applied Portfolio Management Program, a student-led fund.

To unwind, Hayley enjoys getting outside and exploring hiking trails around Vancouver Island. She also loves Victoria’s beaches, and tries to get out and kayak around the coast as much as possible. On a rainy day, you can find her in the kitchen baking and practicing her cake decorating skills.
