Hayley joined the Werner Mayburry Wealth Management Team after graduating from the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of Victoria in April 2021. She originally connected with Dee-Ann through the UVic Executive Mentorship program, and since joining the team, she has completed her licensing with the Canadian Securities Institute and is a licensed Registered Representative working as an Associate Wealth Advisor. Hayley is currently taking courses to obtain her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Outside of her time in Wealth Management, Hayley has had exposure to financial markets throughout her academic career through completing co-ops with the Ministry of Finance, and in different positions in Investment Management with one of Canada’s pension funds. She also spent a year as a Student Portfolio Manager for UVic’s Applied Portfolio Management Program, a student-led fund.
To unwind, Hayley enjoys getting outside when the weather allows to hike, kayak and head to the beach.
