Experience
Before joining Raymond James as an Associate Financial Advisor, Ian worked as a Consulting Engineer in the mergers and acquisitions field for over 10 years, helping many large and small companies in both Canada and the United States complete their purchase and sale agreements. Additionally, he currently holds a Professional Engineer’s licence in the province of Ontario.
Education
Ian graduated from the University of Guelph in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. He additionally completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2014, and pursues ongoing continuing education.
Community Involvement
Ian takes pride in community involvement. He is a member of the Whitby Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the ABN Chapter of the Business Network International networking group.
Family/Hobbies
A life-long Whitby local, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their dog. When he is not working with clients, Ian enjoys camping, music, and sports. Ian and his family are also avid movie goers and Toronto Blue Jays fans.
