Blending integrity, hard work and a willingness to listen to each client like he or she is the only investor in the world, Greg Wood is dedicated to assisting his clients in meeting their financial goals. He uses a hands-on approach when working with clients to ensure that their investments remain suitable for their objectives, throughout changing personal and market conditions.

Before joining Raymond James as an Investment Advisor, Greg worked as a power engineer managing his own consulting company. He held the positions of Steam Chief, Operations Trainer and Commissioning and Start-up Coordinator on contract with companies such as Suncor, Pembina, Encana, Meg Energy, and Cenovus.

Greg is a lifelong learner and has been in uninterrupted continuous education since high school. Additionally, he currently holds CIRO (securities) and AIC (insurance) licenses and is a CIM® (Chartered Investment Manager) designation holder through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Greg resides at Ghost Lake, west of Cochrane, AB. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two sons, Charles and Thomas. When he is not working with clients, Greg enjoys reading, lake life, golf, martial arts, playing music and traveling.
