Service Matters

Good service matters. Consistency matters. You and your financial future matter.

A relationship between you and your financial advisor can be decades long.

Given this, it’s wise to work with someone who really knows you and your financial and retirement plan, someone who will be there to guide you through the ever-changing investment landscape both now and into the future.

Have you worked in the past with a firm where you just start to get to know a financial advisor, and then he/she moves or changes roles? At a minimum, this is frustrating. Ultimately, however, it could be futile.

Your financial future is too important to lack consistency. Strive to find a financial advisor who is committed to working with you for the long term. Seek someone who will promptly and personally return your calls and emails, and who will communicate with you regularly to ensure your investment and retirement plan is on course.
