Jason has more than 30 years’ experience in investment management. Since 1987 he has experienced numerous economic and market cycles, giving him the perspective to guide clients through both prosperous and turbulent times.
Working initially with Canadian bank owned firms, Jason moved in 2000 to Canada’s oldest investment manager, MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier along with his brother and business partner Sam. Since 2016, Jason and Sam have worked as a team with Raymond James, and since 2017, they have also welcomed US based clients via our American registered affiliate, Raymond James (USA) Ltd.
Jason lives in Montreal and is married with three teenaged sons. He is active in the community as a past president of the St. Andrew’s Society of Montreal and fundraising for the Montreal Neurological Institute.
