Melissa Delfino

In my role with The Delfino Group, I help support the continued growth and development of the practice while supporting the team to ensure our clients receive an exceptional service experience. My focus is on business development and building relationships with individuals and professionals who can benefit from our comprehensive wealth services. I also work closely with our team to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. Being part of a team that is committed to long-term relationships and helping clients achieve financial confidence is what motivates me every day.

Prior to joining The Delfino Group, I earned my CPA designation while working in audit with KPMG and MNP. In doing so, I developed an expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment which I now apply in helping clients navigate their wealth management strategies. I am continuing to build on this foundation as I work toward the Certified Financial Planner designation.

Outside of work, I spend much of my time in and around the water. Whether I'm training for my next triathlon or enjoying an afternoon by the lake with friends, anything aquatic feels like home to me. I also have a growing love for travel and enjoy exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines whenever I can.
