Clients can rely on Ellen to answer their questions and address their concerns in a timely, responsive manner, providing a seamless client experience. Her goal is to help each client feel valued and supported. Her customer service acumen, technology skills and marketing experience make her a valuable member of the team. In her current role, she assists with portfolio administration, new account opening and client inquiries.

Ellen joined Plena Wealth Advisors of Raymond James Ltd. in early 2021, drawn by the firm's solid reputation. Before that, she served as a territory coordinator at a global wealth and asset management firm and is a graduate of their internal wholesaler development program. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in Toronto, with a double major in Marketing & Entrepreneurship. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct Practices Handbook Course.

Prior to working in the wealth management industry, she worked as a sales representative for a market leading educational group travel company, focusing on their dance travel segment. A former professional ballet dancer, she trained professionally, attending a few of Canada's prestigious schools and furthered her studies with Ballet Victoria. She also obtained a dance performance studies degree at George Brown College and is a former member of the Program Advisory Committee for the Dance Performance Diploma Program at Centennial College in Toronto.

Originally from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, she lives in Kelowna. She looks forward to progressing in her career with the team and Raymond James.
