Susan is the Client Service Coordinator at the Hayhoe Team. Since joining the Hayhoe Team in 2007, Susan has played an integral role in overseeing client relations, care and communication, along with event planning and CRM management. With over 40 years in leadership and administrative roles, she enjoys the opportunity to invest that experience by engaging with clients, ensuring that each interaction is both personal and positive, reflecting the value we place on client care as a team.
Susan’s priority is her family. When not at work, you will find Susan hanging out with her husband & daughter, connecting with her family in Niagara, planning celebrations, cooking, watching her favourite sports or spending time with friends.
