In celebration of International Women’s Day, Her Wealth Society and Dress for Success Vancouver hosted Power & Purpose: A Morning of Women’s Impact on March 5th at the Vancouver Club. As a proud sponsor, Raymond James was pleased to support an event focused on connection, empowerment, and advancing the conversations around women’s leadership in finance.
The morning began with a networking reception over coffee, followed by opening remarks from Dawn Chubai, former Breakfast Television host, alongside Laura Furtado and Seth Allen, co-founders of Her Wealth Society, and Amanda Sayfy, Executive Director of Dress for Success Vancouver. Their perspectives set the tone for a thoughtful and engaging morning that brought together professionals, advocates, and community leaders.
A highlight of the event was the panel discussion featuring a diverse group of voices, including Raymond James’ Davida McNicol, who shared insights on women's leadership and navigating career growth.
