Melanie has a passion for building client relationships, human resources and communications. As one of the friendly voices on the other end of the line when you call, she shares responsibilities with Carol and Kathy in serving our clients’ administrative needs, handling enquiries, and booking appointments.

With an extensive background in retail management and financial services, Melanie is also responsible for the day to day management of the office, maintaining the team's website, and assisting in written communications.

Melanie enjoys walking with friends around Westwood Lake, facilitating small groups, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her family in the beautiful Vancouver Island parks.
