Raymond James Equity Research team continues to distinguish itself for top quality research and analysis
The 2011 StarMine Top Analyst Awards bestowed eight awards on the Raymond James Equity Research team for their stock-picking acumen. Raymond James took three of the top four spots for overall stock picking.
These awards celebrate analysts in several categories. In addition to the top overall stock pickers, awards were given to analysts for stock picking and earnings estimate accuracy in individual industry sectors.
Hats off to the following Raymond James analysts honoured at the 2011 Canadian awards:
- Steven Hansen, CMA, CFA, who covers Industrials (Transportation, Agribusiness & Food Products) from our Vancouver office ranked #2 in the Top Overall Stock Picker category and #1 in the Industrials sector.
- Andrew Bradford, CFA, Head of Energy Services, who covers Energy Equipment and Services from our Calgary office, ranked #3 in the Top Overall Stock Picker category and #1 in his sector.
- Daryl Swetlishoff, CFA, Head of Research as well as a Forest Products analyst out of our Vancouver office, ranked #4 in the Top Overall Stock Picker category and #1 in his sector.
- Brad Humphrey, who covers Precious Metals from our Toronto office was celebrated as the #2 Stock Picker in the Metals and Mining sector.
- Bart Jaworski, P. Geo, who covers Uranium and Junior Exploration from our Vancouver office, was honoured as the #1 Earnings Estimator in his sector.
