Trevor Anderson
Managing Director, Investment Banking
Trevor Anderson joined Raymond James in 2012 following 17 years of energy-focused capital markets experience at Macquarie, BMO Capital Markets, National Bank Financial and Merrill Lynch. Trevor has advised management teams and Board of Directors in E&P, oil and gas service, pipeline and power / utility sectors on mandates spanning equity, debt and M&A roles. Equity mandates include lead roles in private and public equity, recapitalizations, and IPO's of various size ranging up to several hundred million dollar financings. M&A advisory work includes buyside and sellside mandates, special committee assignments, fairness opinions, and JV structuring. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

Lucas Atkins
Managing Director, Investment Banking
Lucas Atkins has over 10 years of experience in the real estate business including development, mergers and acquisitions, origination of equity and debt. Lucas has been involved in over $10 billion of real estate transactions across residential, multi-family, retail, mixed-use and development projects. He has raised over $500 million of institutional equity capital. Prior to joining Raymond James, Lucas was a Managing Director at Atkins & Partners, a Miami based advisory firm and a Managing Director at Babcock & Brown, an Australian based investment management company. Lucas was the first Corporate Management Associate for MGM Mirage, the largest casino operator and developer in the world, in Las Vegas and worked on the $7 billion City Centre Project on the Las Vegas strip. In addition, he worked on a $3 billion residential development, $400 million condominium development and a $100 million townhouse project in South Florida at Kolter Property. Lucas studied Business at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and History at Huron College and graduated as an All-Canadian Academic Athlete.

Gregg Delcourt, CFA
Managing Director, Investment Banking
Gregg Delcourt rejoined Raymond James in January 2010 after 3 years with Cormark Securities. Gregg has been active in the energy sector raising capital for exploration and production and oilfield services companies based in Canada. Gregg has also been active in recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, trust conversions, valuations and fairness opinion mandates in the oil and gas sector and the industrial sectors. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Delcourt was employed in the corporate finance group at Ernst & Young. Gregg holds a Masters of Science degree and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

David Greifenberger
Managing Director, Investment Banking
David Greifenberger has in excess of 13 years investment banking experience in the mining sector and joined Raymond James Limited in 2006. He has completed financing and mergers and acquisitions on behalf of some of the largest Canadian mining companies. He holds an electrical engineering degree from Queen's University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto, where he graduated first in class.

Jason Holtby, MBA, CGA

Jason Holtby has 19 years experience in the energy sectors and investment banking sectors. Over the last twelve years, Jason has been active in numerous merger and acquisitions, financings, trust conversions, corporate restructurings, valuation and fairness opinion mandates in the oil and gas sector and the industrial sectors. Prior to joining Raymond James, Jason was the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded international oil and gas service company. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) and is a Certified General Accountant (CGA).

Adam Kauffman, CA
Managing Director, Debt Origination & Restructuring, Investment Banking
Adam Kauffman joined Raymond James in its New York office in 2004 and moved to the Toronto office in 2007. Adam has approximately 9 years of distressed situation financial advisory experience across a broad array of industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, Adam worked as a consultant to the World Bank Group in Washington DC and in the Corporate Restructuring and Assurance Advisory groups at Ernst & Young in Toronto. Adam holds a Chartered Accountant designation, a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, where he graduated with honors.
Jimmy Leung, CA, CFA

Head of Cleantech and Technology
Jimmy Leung is Head of Cleantech and Technology Investment Banking. Jimmy joined Raymond James from a bank-owned investment dealer, where he was a member of the investment banking group. Jimmy has considerable experience in financial advisory, financing and mergers and acquisitions activities, having been directly involved in over 40 successful transactions for public and private cleantech and technology companies. Jimmy is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo.

Ian G. MacKay, CA, CBV
Managing Director, Investment Banking
For almost 15 years, Ian MacKay has been actively involved in key financings and mergers and acquisitions in Western Canada. Transaction experience includes the $69 million Subscription Receipts IPO financing for Conifex Timber Inc., the $390 million sale of Seacliff Construction to The Churchill Corporation, the $100 million IPO of Seacliff Construction, the $150 million IPO of Lockerbie & Hole, the $155 million sale of Steeplejack to The Brock Group, the $115 million sale of Primex Forest Products to Interfor, the $674 million purchase and restructuring of TimberWest, the $850 million purchase of Pacifica Papers, two separate US$100 million cross border financings for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, and a $115 million private debt placement for the Meadow Lake Pulp Mill. Ian has a degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia. He holds the Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations.

John Murphy, CFA
Managing Director, Investment Banking
Head of Mining and Natural Resources
Since joining Raymond James in 1993, John Murphy has been involved in numerous financing and advisory assignments, many with transaction values exceeding $100 million, in mining and various other sectors. Prior to joining Raymond James, John worked for more than six years at Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in its corporate lending, restructuring and risk advisory activities. John has a degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Jeremy Rakusin, JD, MBA
Managing Director, Investment Banking
Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Agribusiness/Food
Jeremy Rakusin joined Raymond James in 2009 as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, and is also responsible for coverage of the Agribusiness and Food Products sector. Jeremy has advised on over 40 domestic and cross-border transactions exceeding $60 billion in value. Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at a Toronto-based discretionary investment firm. Previously, Jeremy worked for nine years in Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking Group, most recently as a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He was also a member of Merrill Lynch's Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior thereto, he practiced securities and corporate law for two years at Toronto-based Goodmans. Jeremy earned his JD Law and MBA (Gold Medal) joint degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Gold Medal) from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Rebecca Rennison, CA, CFA
Senior Vice President, Investment Banking
Rebecca Rennison joined Raymond James in 2000 and has been actively involved in numerous financings and financial advisory assignments in Western Canada. During Rebecca's 10 years of investment banking experience she has focused mostly on public companies operating in the forestry and infrastructure and construction industries in Canada. Rebecca's transaction experience includes the $69 million Subscription Receipts IPO financing for Conifex Timber Inc., the $390 million sale of Seacliff Construction to The Churchill Corporation, the $100 million IPO of Seacliff Construction, the $150 million IPO of Lockerbie & Hole, the $155 million sale of Steeplejack to The Brock Group, and the $115 million sale of Primex Forest Products to Interfor. Lon E. Shaver, CFA
Senior Vice President, Investment Banking
Lon Shaver joined Raymond James in 2005 and has extensive experience in both the mining and technology sectors. Lon began his investment industry career as a research associate and analyst with another investment dealer where he developed a mining specialization. Lon then spent four years with a national investment dealer's Mining Investment Banking Group before moving to Vancouver to take on the CFO role at an early stage software company. Before joining Raymond James, Lon was the CFO of a publicly traded mining exploration company. Educationally, Lon has a B.Comm. (Finance) with Distinction from Concordia University in Montréal, a diploma in Pure and Applied Science - Dean's List from Marianopolis College in Montréal and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
John Willett, MBA, M.Eng
Managing Director, Investment Banking
John is a well respected professional with 20 years of senior experience in mining finance and advisory work. Prior to joining Raymond James, John was a Managing Director with Haywood Securities. John holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, as well as a Masters of Engineering from McMaster University.
