Once a deal has been finalized, we continue to provide business and financing advice.
Our Services
We offer a complete range of equity capital markets services with strong expertise in public offerings, private placements, and syndication. Our advisory services include mergers and acquisitions advice and execution, fairness opinions and valuations, as well as restructuring and reorganization services.
Recent Transactions
Our Canadian team of 30 investment banking professionals is active in raising equity capital for our clients. In the past 12 months, we have been involved in over 150 transactions, 37 as lead, representing gross proceeds in excess of $10.2 billion not including structured products.
