Raymond James was lead manager on the bought deal common shares offering of Victoria Gold Corp., raising approximately $28.7 million, which includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. Victoria Gold's 100%-owned Dublin Gulch gold property is situated in the central Yukon Territory, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The Property is accessible by road year-round, and is located within Yukon Energy's electrical grid.
Raymond James was co-lead manager on the bought deal trust units offering of True North Commercial REIT, raising approximately $33 million, which includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario and is focused on growing its portfolio principally through acquisitions across Canada and such other jurisdictions where opportunities exist.
Raymond James was lead manager and sole book-runner on the bought deal common shares offering of Black Diamond Group Ltd., raising approximately $27.24 million, which includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. Black Diamond serves multiple sectors including oil and gas, mining, power, construction, engineering, military, government and education.
