In January 2012, Raymond James acted as co-lead manager for the initial public offering of 11,500,000 class A shares of Timbercreek Senior Mortgage Investment Corp., which includes an additional 1,500,000 class A shares that were issued pursuant to the exercise of an over-allotment option. The company is newly-incorporated and its investment objectives are, with a primary focus on capital preservation, to acquire and maintain a diversified portfolio of first mortgage loans that generates attractive, stable returns in order to permit the company to pay monthly distributions to its shareholders. |
